Chaticon subscriptions are fully compatible with Apple Family Sharing. When the family organizer subscribes, up to 5 family members can enjoy Premium features at no additional cost.
How to enable:
The family organizer must enable Purchase Sharing (Settings → Family).
Family members may need to sign out and back into Chaticon or use the Restore Purchases button to activate their access.
Gem Packs: No ❌
Gem packs are classified by Apple as consumable in-app purchases. According to Apple’s global policy, consumables cannot be shared via Family Sharing. Gems are strictly tied to the specific Apple ID that purchased them.
Practical Tip
If your household uses Chaticon frequently, the organizer’s subscription is the most cost-effective route. It provides all 5 members with the full Premium chat experience and their own allotment of 300 monthly gems. If a specific family member needs more, individual gem top-ups must be purchased on that specific account.
