Cancelling Your Subscription
Chaticon subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Because we do not have direct access to your billing information, you must handle the cancellation through your Apple ID settings.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the very top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Chaticon from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom and confirm your choice.
Cancel on Mac
Open the App Store app.
Click your name/profile in the bottom-left corner.
Click Account Settings (or View Information) at the top. Sign in if prompted.
Scroll down to the Manage section and click Manage next to Subscriptions.
Find Chaticon and click Edit, then select Cancel Subscription.
Important Notes
Access Period: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will keep your Premium features until that date, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
Refunds: Cancelling prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. To request your money back, please refer to our “How do I get a refund?” guide.
Resubscribing: You can upgrade back to Premium at any time directly within the app.
