If your card or Apple ID was charged but you don't see your Premium features, it usually means the purchase hasn't synced with your device yet. Follow the steps below to fix this.
Step 1: Restore Purchases (Most Effective)
Open the Chaticon app.
Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the home screen.
Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases.
Within a few seconds, your status should refresh. We recommend re-launching the app to confirm the activation.
Step 2: The 24-Hour Rule
If the "Restore" button didn't work immediately, please wait 24 hours. Occasionally, Appleās servers experience delays in sending the digital receipt to our system. After this period, try the Restore Purchases step one more time.
Step 3: Contact Support
If your features are still missing after 24 hours, please email us at info@chaticon.co so we can manually fix it. Please include:
Your Apple ID email (the one used for the purchase).
A screenshot or copy of your Apple receipt.
The date of the transaction.
We typically resolve these manual syncs within one business day.
