All Chaticon purchases (subscriptions and gem packs) are processed by Apple. Because of this, refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Support—we do not have the ability to issue refunds from our side.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Under "What can we help you with?", select Request a refund.
Choose the reason why you want a refund from the dropdown menu.
Find Chaticon in your list of purchases, select it, and tap Submit.
Processing Time
Decision: Apple typically makes a decision within 24–48 hours and will notify you via email.
Payment: Once approved, the refund usually appears on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Approval Tips
Apple is more likely to approve your request if:
The request is made within 14 days of the purchase.
The features or gems haven't been significantly used.
This is your first refund request for this type of service.
How We Can Help
If Apple approves a refund for a gem pack, those gems will be automatically removed from your account balance.
Technical Issues: If you believe gems were deducted incorrectly (e.g., a generation failed but gems were not returned), please email us at info@alfistudio.ai with a copy of your Apple receipt. We will investigate and manually correct your balance if a technical error occurred.
