You can delete your Chaticon account directly from the app at any time. Please be aware that this action is permanent.
Steps to Delete
Open the Chaticon app.
Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice.
Note for Apple Sign-In users: To ensure security, Apple requires you to authenticate your identity one last time before the deletion is finalized.
What Happens When You Delete
Data Removal: All chat history, conversations, gem balances, and account settings are wiped from our servers.
AI Images: Any images stored within the app are deleted. However, images you have already saved to your device’s Photos library will remain untouched.
⚠️ Crucial: What is NOT Deleted
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Because billing is managed by Apple:
Your Apple ID and payment information remain with Apple.
Your active subscription will continue to bill you unless you cancel it manually.
Action Required: Please follow the steps in our "How do I cancel my subscription?" guide to stop future charges.
Can I Undo This?
No. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once the data is deleted, our support team cannot recover your history or gem balances.
